Jacob has a wealth of knowledge of the areas in Georgia that would fit my needs. Being a buyer from out of state he assured me that he wouldn’t sell me a home that he wouldn’t sell his mother or grandmother and that he would take care of me. I am a senior and he made me feel like I was his only client. I had confidence that he would find me the right house and that he did. My house is in a great neighborhood and priced below the budget I had given him. The house had multiple offers but Jacob worked diligently with the selling agent and my offer was accepted. Jacob and his team kept me informed throughout the home buying process. If you’re looking to buy, sell or relocate Jacob is your man. The most important thing for me he’s God fearing and honest. Very Honest and knowledge of his job. Helped when you didn't understand something, was on top of things when we inspected the house. It was like he was buying the house.

Jacob told me and my wife, he would have our house sold in a couple days once he list it. I didn't believe it, I must say I was skeptical. When I said Jacob listed our house on Friday and we had a buyer on Sunday No lie. We closed on our house in a couple days later.I would recommend Jacob and his team to any one who is looking or buying a home.

Jacob is definitely an expert! He got me an amazing deal on my dream home. He was determined and worked very hard to make my dreams come true. He was very responsive and thorough. Jacob proved to be trustworthy and had my best interest in mind. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something. He really cared about what I wanted and worked hard to make sure I got exactly that. He treated me like family. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jacob was right there the whole way!! We had no idea how long this process would be and he was always available to answer our questions and offer us great knowledge on all our questions and concerns! His friendly nature really provided comfort for me and my husband the entire time!! Thanks Jacob!
